What is BillyBox?

How does it collect invoices from email?
You connect your inbox in two clicks. BillyBox scans for invoices and receipts — attachments, PDFs, and documents buried in the email body — and extracts the vendor, date, total, tax, currency and invoice number from each one automatically.
Is it safe to connect to my Gmail?
Yes. BillyBox passed a Google CASA Tier 2 security assessment, required for restricted Gmail access, and uses a least-privilege read-only scope. It only lists and reads messages and attachments — never sends, modifies or deletes email.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes. BillyBox supports Gmail and Outlook / Hotmail, plus Zoho and most IMAP providers with an app password (Yahoo, iCloud, Fastmail and others) — and you can connect several inboxes at once: personal, business, and the address you only use for subscriptions.
